Order Placement:

We make it fun for you to get your new fuzzy friends! Simply add everything you want to take home into your shopping cart. Then, go to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods. Please note: our current fulfillment time is 3-5 days after order placement!

 

What's Included:

Every adoption automatically includes the plush itself as well as the adoption certificate, tied with a ribbon! You may also choose to purchase separate add-ons, such as accessories, love hearts, wish stars, or postcards. If you choose to do so, they will all be shipped together in one adorably packaged adoption box.

 

Where Our Plush Come From:

All over! Some are rescued by us personally from chain thrift stores that are neglectful in their operations. Others are given to us by friends, family, and kind strangers. Occasionally, we will even find a forgotten plush in the wild! Once in our care, plushies are washed & refurbished to prepare them for a new home. If you would like to donate some pre-loved plushies to us, please reach out to plushrescueproject@gmail.com. You are so kind!

 

Caring For Your New Plush:

Please keep in mind that some of our plushies have been around the block a few times, and need to be treated gently. Though most are still in tip top shape, it's always best to handle with care. The majority of our plushies can be washed in a garment bag, using cool water and gentle detergent in a laundry machine. Dry them within that same bag, in a dryer. It might take 1-2 cycles for them to dry entirely, and a little bask in the sunshine doesn't hurt! 

 

Ways We Give Back:

Plushies are meant to be loved, and put a smile on someones face. Every plushie of ours that is not adopted within 60 days is donated to the My Stuff Bags foundation. This organization fills individual duffel bags with childhood essentials & comforting items, and distributes them to children in crisis shelters and foster care. We are honored to give back in this way, as well as in other ways such as community events and pop-ups.


Payment:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal, as well as ApplePay and GooglePay. Installment pay is also now available through ShopPay at checkout! Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.


Shipping:

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship both domestically and internationally. Snuggles know no borders!
  • US shipping times: Your order will typically take about 2-5 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • International shipping times: Your order will typically take about 2-5 business days to ship. Standard Shipping takes 10-14 business days, and there is not an expedited option. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • Shipping Prices: Cost varies based on the quantities of items ordered, and your location. Accurate shipping costs will de displayed at checkout, so please review!


Returns:

If you have changed your mind or there is a problem with your product(s), we offer a 30 day from original order date return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and at the buyers expense, aside from scenarios in which there is a product defect.
